I am a graduate of the Eastman School of Music, a classically trained professional violinist involved in orchestras of many kinds, teaching, film scores, and recording.

My Career:
I’ve had more than 30 years of experience:
performing as a solo violinist
performing as a violinist in many orchestras
teaching in private studios and classrooms
and have the ability to work well with peers and clients and have acquired organizational skills as leader of sections and curriculum development.
I have recently moved to Paxton, Mass. and this website is being reformatted and updated to include information for my new location. We expect the changes to be completed by mid-summer.
I am a graduate of the Eastman School of Music, a classically trained professional violinist involved in orchestras of many kinds, teaching, film scores, and recording. I and my husband have recently relocated to Paxton Massachusetts. Before this I had returned to the east coast after an extensive career in Los Angeles.
Some highlights of my music career are:
Performing with the Los Angeles Opera Orchestra for 17 years (often under the direction of Placido Domingo.)
Performing in numerous orchestras such as the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the Los Angeles Mozart Orchestra, and the Los Angeles Master Chorale Orchestra.
Performing with most major ballet companies such as the Bolshoi, Kirov, ABT, Jofferey.
Violinist for many shows such as the “The Phantom of the Opera”, “Les Miserables”, etc. at the Pantages and Ahlmanson theaters.
Performing concerts internationally in Mexico, Canada and on Yanni World tour.
Recorded with Frank Sinatra and numerous other pop and R&B artists.
Recorded numerous film scores such as “Sophie’s Choice”, “Blues Brothers”, and “Dances with Wolves”.
Featured player for the Los Angeles Philharmonic Education concerts.
Performing member of the Hudson Valley Philharmonic and their Music Librarian.
Solos on violin and viola for the Hudson Valley Bach Festivals.
Presenter at the Boardman Road Branch of the Poughkeepsie Public Library.
Solo presentation for Sherlock Club “The Hudson Valley Scioentists.”
Violin/Piano teacher at Duchess Community College and private teaching.
Music Appreciation classes for Mainstream Adult Education at Westchester
