Teaching Positions

Public Teaching Positions:

Violin/Piano lessons at Duchess Community College.

Adult education classes for Westchester Community College –“Famous Violinists”, “Fairy tales in Opera”, “The Drama of Life through Opera”, etc.

Adult education classes at the Boardman Road Branch Library of the Poughkeepsie Public Library District.

Private Teaching:

Private teaching studio over 30 years which includes violin, viola, piano and guitar.

Coaching:

Coached chamber music for California Institute of Technology (for professors and grad students,) and Duchess Community College. Also at Rhinebeck Chamber Music Society “Quartet Day” for Middle School students.

Performances:

1st Violinist in “String Family Players Quintet,”- performed hundreds of interactive school concerts sponsored by Los Angeles Philharmonic, Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, Music Center on Tour, Los Angeles’s Best, and Tree People programs. This included performing at the Hollywood Bowl Open House and mentoring through grants at Portola Middle School in Tarzana CA.
